Our Vision The vision of Another Chance Staffing Solutions is to become the State’s most renowned temporary staffing agency, designed exclusively for ex-offenders who have experienced the insurmountable pain and discouragement when denied employment repeatedly, based on their previous criminal background. We aspire to help equip the ex-offender with life changing skills through rigorous vocational and educational training which in turn will build strong work ethics and incorporate spiritual values to help the ex-offender clearly see where their past decisions and actions have brought them to a fruitless and unproductive crossroad within themselves and society. Our goal is to produce purpose and meaning to the life of an ex-offender through employment opportunities, which is the greatest need for an ex-offender to reestablish their life and help stop the growing rate of recidivism in our community.
